I am currently serving as the Clinical Operations Director for the Department of Anesthesiology at OHSU. I also completed my MHA at OHSU in 2014. Prior to OHSU, I served as the Executive Manager for a large, multi specialtiy clinic in Oregon. I also teach a course for MHA students thru the Department of Management at OHSU that focuses on Process Improvement and Patient Safety. My Research interests include developing tool to help leaders become stronger, more effective leaders as well as learning new ideas to help me in my own teaching and career endeavors. My husband and our two dogs love to camp and travel.
